We’ve been in the catering business since 1994 as 2 Dine 4 Fine Catering. In 2008, we were hired to cater a weekend-long party on the island of Anguilla, but we ended up doing much more than just providing the food. We brought in furniture, coordinated entertainment, assisted with transportation, and hired service & kitchen staff. Our client was so pleased with our ability to provide all his event needs that he thanked us for, “swooping in and taking care of everything!” Thus SWOOP Events was born.
